往复压缩机气阀故障试验模拟与振动信号分析 被引量:7

摘要 往复压缩机用气阀由于其高频开闭工作状态不可避免地受到强烈冲击,阀片常出现磨损、断裂等故障。以往复压缩机阀片断裂故障为研究对象,通过故障模拟试验获得在线监测数据,提出了一种基于Teager能量算子的局部冲击能量特征提取与分析方法;故障模拟试验数据分析结果表明,当气阀发生阀片断裂时,气阀开闭的局部振动能量显著降低。提出的方法能够突出气阀冲击变化特征,对气阀阀片故障分析诊断取得了较好的效果。 The gas valve is inevitably subjected to strong impact due to its high frequency opening and closing during the operation,and the valve plate often suffers from wear,breakage,and other failures. In this paper,the fracture of the reciprocating compressor was taken as the research object. The online monitoring data was obtained through the fault simulation experiment.A method of extracting and analyzing the local impact energy based on the Teager energy operator was proposed. The results of the fault simulation experiment show that when the valve plate is broken,the local vibration energy of the gas valve for opening and closing was significantly reduced. The method proposed in this paper can highlight the characteristics of the valve impact change,and achieved better results in the fault analysis and diagnosis of the valve plate.
