摘要
目的:探究肌骨超声的临床应用价值。方法:收治肌骨超声检查慢性关节疼痛患者50例,对其临床资料予以回顾性分析,探究其应用价值。结果:所有患者经肌骨超声检查,患者检查结果阴性4例(8.00%),患者呈现阳性结果46例(92.00%),其中包括滑囊炎12例,肌腱病10例,腱鞘炎16例及肌腱撕裂8例。结论:肌骨超声检查可以细微显示软组织结构,不仅操作简单方便,而且具有无创性,能够有效提升检查结果的准确率,临床应用价值极高。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of musculoskeletal ultrasound.Methods:50 cases of chronic joint pain treated by muscle bone ultrasound examination,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,we explored its application value.Result: All patients underwent musculoskeletal ultrasonography.The results were negative in 4 cases(8.00%)and positive in 46 cases (92.00%),including 12 cases of bursitis,10 cases of tendinopathy,16 cases of tenosynovitis and 8 cases of tendon tear.Conclusion: Ultrasound examination of musculoskeletal can show the soft tissue structure subtly.It is not only simple and convenient to operate, but also non-invasive,which can effectively improve the accuracy of the examination results and has high clinical value.
