摘要
总结1例干燥综合征合并多器官衰竭患者髋关节置换术的围手术期护理体会。给予良好的术前、术后、干燥综合征的针对性护理、深静脉血栓等并发症的预防护理、详细的功能锻炼及出院指导,患者经治疗和护理,于术后14 d拆线出院。良好的护理和健康锻炼指导有助于促进患者康复,提高生活质量。
This paper reviewed the nursing management of one patient with sicca syndrome combined with multiple organs failure during total hip replacement. The patient received targeted nursing interventions on sicca syndrome, preventive measures of lower-limbs deep venous thrombosis, systematic functional exercise and health education before discharge. The sutures were removed at 14 days after the surgery, and the patient was successfully discharged from the hospital. The high-quality nursing and rehabilitation exercise are essential for the postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life of patients.
