摘要
运用Mold?ow软件对汽车发动机罩盖塑料件成型进行了流动分析,对浇口数量和位置方案进行了对比分析;选择两点进胶方式,采用产品内表面进胶的倒装模具结构;对字母标记表面易产生的问题进行了分析并做了预防设计处理;采用滑块进胶结构和L型热流道连接浇口结构,巧妙地采用产品轮廓特征位置布置浇口,避免或减少浇口对产品表面的冲击痕、气痕等缺陷;采用一出一布局,模仁采用镶框结构,加工工艺性较好且成本低;采用顶块、斜顶、推管均衡布置,保证顶出受力均匀和产品表面质量,减少产品顶出缺陷;设计了合适的模具外形尺寸,匹配锁模力较为合理的注塑成型设备,以满足综合经济效益高的生产要求。经试模验证,模具结构合理,产品成型完整,质量达到设计要求。
The molding characteristic of automobile engine cover was analyzed by using Moldflow software. The quantity and location scheme of gate were analyzed, the two gates scheme is the best. Two gates are located on the inner surface of parts. There exist some appearance issues on font surface,so design a useful scheme to resolve them. One gate structure is slider,another one uses L style hot runner. The gate location was designed according to contour feature,It can effectively avoid or reduce injection molding defects,which is caused by gate,such as impact mark,gas mark and so on. The mold just has 1 cavity,and the frame is insert design. This helps to reduce making cost while maintaining mold results. The part is subjected to a uniform thrust with pushing pipe,pushing block and angle ejecting. It can help to reduce the appearance defects and maintain part quality. The designed mold size is as small as possible,so the parts can be manufactured with small injection machine according to appropriate clamping force and get better economic benefits. This mold structure is quite reasonable,and it has been verified by making prototype. These prototypes meet all the design requirements.
