玻纤增强尼龙66的固相增黏工艺

摘要 研究了盐浴温度和时间对玻纤(GF)增强尼龙66 (PA66)中提取物含量及其熔体流动速率(MFR)、相对黏度、黄变指数和熔融与结晶行为的影响,结果表明,GF增强PA66在高温和高真空条件下可以实现较好的增黏效果。当盐浴温度为190℃、盐浴时间为6h时,对GF增强PA66进行固相增黏,增黏样品中抽提物的含量降低到0.16%,增黏样品的结晶更加完善。在盐浴温度为130~170℃进行增黏,随着盐浴时间的增加,增黏样品的相对黏度和黄变指数提高较缓慢,但是MFR降幅较大;在盐浴温度为190℃进行固相增黏,当盐浴时间为6h时,增黏效果明显,但黄变指数增幅较大,MFR降幅也较大,增黏样品的相对黏度升至3.33,黄变指数达到47.3,MFR为11.1g/(10min)。 The effects of time and temperature of solid state polymerization on the extract content and the melt flow rate (MFR), relative viscosity,yellowing index and melting and crystallization behavior of glass fiber (GF) reinforced nylon 66 (PA66) were studied. The results show that viscosity-increasing effect of GF reinforced PA66 can be achieved at high temperature and high vacuum. When salt bath temperature is 190℃ and time is 6 h,the content of the extract in the sample of GF reinforced PA66 is reduced to 0.16%,and the crystallization of the sample is more perfect. The relative viscosity and yellowing index of the solid state polymerization sample at 130–170℃ increase slowly with the increase of salt bath time,but the MFR decreases greatly,while the solid state polymerization temperature is 190℃ in 6h,the viscosity-increasing effect of the sample is obvious,but the yellowing index increases greatly and the MFR decreases greatly,the relative viscosity of the sample can rise to 3.33,but the yellowing index reaches 47.3 and MFR is 11.1 g/(10 min).
