摘要
采用烟煤、椰壳为原料制备活性炭,活化剂为KOH,活化温度为800℃。活性炭的结构和形貌采用N2吸附、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)进行表征,并以其作为超级电容器电极材料进行电化学性能测试,包括恒流充放电、循环伏安和交流阻抗测试。结果表明:煤和椰壳共活化制备活性炭具有一定的协同作用,所制备的活性炭具有高的比表面积(682 m2/g),比电容高达198 F/g,并且具有优良的充放电可逆性以及低的阻抗。
The activated carbon materials used for supercapacitor electrode were successfully prepared at 800℃ with coal and coconut shell being used as the raw materials and KOH as the activating agent.The structure and morphology of the prepared activated carbon materials were characterized by N2adsorption and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The electrochemical properties of supercapacitors with the activated carbon materials as electrodes were conducted by using galvanostatic charge-discharge,cyclic voltammetric and electrochemical impedance techniques.The results show that the activated carbon material prepared by the mixture possesses the hightest spectfic surface area(682m^2/g)and the specific capacitance is as high as198F/g with reversibility of charge and discharge and low impedance.
