摘要
围绕航空工程全日制专业学位研究生教育进行了系统深入的理论研究和改革探索,提出了面向航空强国跨越需求的航空电类研究生拔尖人才"3333"育成新模式。通过构建三双平台(双导师、双学堂、双基地)、坚持三化引领(系统化、信息化、智能化)、实现三新突破(新体系、新模式、新路径)、深化三合支撑(多元联合、深度结合、交叉融合),顺利完成了航空电类研究生培养体系、理论传授、实践训练、创新思维等全方位创新实践,不仅有效产出了三个"一流",而且显著提升了研究生的创新能力和大系统工程观,还明确了新时代下航空工程新工科教育和新人才培养的发展方向。
Around the full-time professional degree graduate education of aeronautical engineering,the systematic and in-depth theoretical researches and reform explorations have been done,and a new model of"3333"cultivation for the top-notch graduate students of aviation electronics has been proposed.Through the construction of three-double platforms(double tutors,double classes,double bases),persisting in the guidance of the three issues(systematization,informatization,intelligence),the realization of three new breakthroughs(new systems,new models,new paths),and deepening the support of three-in-one(multiple integration,deep integration,cross-integration),all-round innovative practices of aviation electronics graduate students have been completed successfully on training system,theory teaching,practical training,innovative thinking.It not only effectively produces three"first-class",but also significantly improves the innovative ability of graduate students and the concept of large-scale systems engineering.It also clarifies the development direction of emerging engineering and new personnel training of aeronautical engineering in the new era.
