摘要
目的:研究中老年骨质疏松女性患者临床综合营养水平及日常饮食行为,分析饮食行为与患者营养指标的相关性。方法:选择解放军第309医院骨内科就诊的中老年骨质疏松女性患者为研究对象,收集患者一般资料和饮食行为,评价营养状况,探究患者营养状况和饮食行为之间的相关性及影响。结果:200例调查对象平均MNA得分为25. 7±2. 6分,未见营养不良患者,潜在营养不良者40例,占20. 00%;单因素分析发现,中老年骨质疏松女性患者的潜在营养不良危险因素包括食欲欠佳、偶尔或从不加餐、每餐食量不固定,饮用茶水是潜在营养不良的保护因素,差别具有统计意义(P <0. 05)。结论:临床应注意关注中老年骨质疏松女性患者的不良饮食习惯和一般营养状态,识别潜在营养不良风险,避免不良饮食习惯对自身营养状况的消极作用。
Objective To inquire the nutritional evaluation and diet behavior of the middle-aged and aged osteoporosis women,and analyze the relationship between the diet behavior and nutritional evaluation.Method We chose the middle-aged and aged osteoporosis women to be the subjects who take care in our department,their's general information and dietary behavior were collected to evaluate the nutritional status.The impact and relevance in the dietary behavior and nutritional status were explored.Result Totally 200 cases'average goals were 25.7±2.6,the number of potenrial malnutrition patients was 40(20.00%)and ther was no malnutrition patients.The potenrial malnutrition factors were poor appetite,occasionally or never with a extra meal,unfixed meal by the single factor analysis.The drinking tea was a protective factors,they all had a ststistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion We should show a special focus on the nutritional evaluation and diet behavior of the middle-aged and aged osteoporosis women,distinguish the potenrial malnutrition risk,and avoid the negative effects of unhealthy eating habits on nutritional status.
