摘要
结合南京市纬七路东进二期工程实例,以南京四桥采用的进口原材料为对照组,选用国产硬质沥青和湖沥青为原材料,针对市政工程浇注式沥青混合料的特点,从材料组成、配比设计方法及混合料性能等方面进行了相关试验研究。结果表明:从沥青原材料检测结果、低温弯曲、动稳定度、劈裂强度和疲劳性能试验结果等方面综合来看,在配比合适的情况下,用于浇注式沥青混合料的国产胶结料的混合料性能与进口原材料下的混合料性能基本相当,为后期采用国产材料浇注式沥青混合料的推广应用提供了技术支持。
Based on the practice of the construction project of Dongjin phase II in Weiqi road,taking the imported raw materials as the control group constructed of Nanjing forth bridge,and using domestic hard asphalt and asphalt lake as the raw materials,considering the characteristics of municipal engineering cast asphalt mixture,the ratio of material composition,design method,the performance of mixture are carried on the related experimental study.Based on the results of asphalt raw materials test,low temperature bending test,dynamic stability test,splitting strength test and fatigue resistance test,it shows that when the ratio is suitable,the performance of the mixture of domestic cement used in the cast asphalt mixture is basically the same as that of the mixed material under the imported raw materials,which provides the technology for the popularization and application of the castable asphalt mixture of domestic materials in the future.
