摘要
随着"大智移云物"(1)等新技术的不断成熟及普及,犯罪形态也呈现出多样化、隐蔽化、智能化的趋势,公安机关面临前所未有的挑战,但也带来了前所未有的机遇,形成了我国"智慧警务"发展的黄金时期。"智慧警务"建设是一场全新的警务革命,对于整合公安内、外部资源,改造警务工作流程,创新警务工作模式,实现警务效能的最优化具有推动作用;其成果将推动公安工作由传统粗放式向高效管控、科学防范、精准打击的智慧化方向发展,可以解决以往人力密集、手段传统、效能低下等问题,促进公安战斗力生成模式的颠覆性变化。
With the continuous maturity and popularization of new technologies such as"Big Data,AI,Mobile Internet,Cloud computing,IOT",crime patterns are also showing a trend of diversification,concealment and intelligence.Public security organs are facing unprecedented challenges.Challenges and opportunities coexist,on the other hand,forming a golden period for the development of"Intelligent Policing"in China.The construction of"Intelligent Policing"is a brand-new police revolution,which can promote the integration of internal and external resources of public security,the reform of police work flow,the innovation of police work mode,and the optimization of police efficiency.Its achievements will promote the development of public security work from the traditional extensive mode to the wise direction of efficient control,scientific prevention and precise attack,and solve the problems of intensive manpower,traditional means and low efficiency which have been unresolved for a long time in the past so as to promote the subversive change of the generation mode of public security combat effectiveness.
