摘要
为研究饲料中不同叶酸、维生素B_(12)(VB_(12))水平对黄颡鱼Pelteobagrus fulvidraco生长及免疫力的影响,以900尾体质量为(31. 84±0. 05) g的健康黄颡鱼为试验对象,将其随机分为10组,每组设3个重复,以叶酸(0. 15%、0. 30%、0. 45%)、VB_(12)(0. 05%、0. 10%、0. 15%)为影响因素,采用双因素试验设计中的"3×3因子设计"法,配制9种饲料,以不添加叶酸和VB_(12)的饲料作为对照组,用10种饲料饲喂试验鱼56 d后,测定其对黄颡鱼生长及免疫相关指标的影响。结果表明:在一因素水平固定的情况下,黄颡鱼终末体质量、增重率和特定生长率均随另一因素水平的增加而增加,饲料系数呈降低趋势;在叶酸/VB_(12)水平为0. 45%/0. 15%时,黄颡鱼终末体质量、增重率、特定生长率均最高且显著高于对照组(P<0. 05),饲料系数显著低于对照组(P<0. 05);在叶酸/VB_(12)水平为0. 45%/0. 15%时,血清及肝脏中补体C3、补体C4含量最高,NO含量、NOS活性最高且显著高于对照组(P<0. 05)。研究表明,在本试验条件下,适量添加叶酸和VB_(12)可有效促进黄颡鱼生长,增强其免疫力,综合黄颡鱼生长、免疫力和饲料成本分析,建议饲料中叶酸/VB_(12)添加水平为0. 45%/0. 10%。
A 56 day feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary folic acid and vitamin B12(VB12)levels on growth performance and immunity of yellow catfish Pelteobagrus fulvidraco by determination of body weight,weight gain rate(WGR),specific growth rate(SGR),food conversion ratio(FCR),complement C3,complement C4,and nitric oxide(NO)levels,and activity of nitric oxide synthase(NOS).A total 900 individuals of yellow catfish with initial body weight of(31.84±0.05)g were randomly divided into ten groups,and fed diets containing 0%,0.15%,0.30%,and 0.45% of folic acid and 0%,0.05%,0.10%,and0.15% of VB12 with 3×3 factorial design with triplication.The final body weight,WGR,and SGR were found to be increased and FCR was found to be decreased with increase in levels of folic acid and VB12,the maximal SGR,WGR,and SGR and the minimal FCR in the fish fed the diet containing 0.45% of folic acid/0.15% of VB12,significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).There were the maximal contents of complement C3,and complement C4,and NO and NOS activity in the serum and liver of yellow catfish fed the diet containing 0.45% of folic acid/0.15% of VB12,significantly different from those in other groups(P<0.05).The findings indicate that the appropriate amounts of dietary folic acid and VB12effectively promote the growth and immunity of yellow catfish.It is recommended that 0.45% of folic acid/0.10%of VB12 be the appropriate dose for improvement of growth and immunity of yellow catfish.
