摘要
为研究南水北调后密云水库中长额象鼻溞Bosmina longirostris种群动态变化规律,以监测该水库水体浮游动物的状态,于2014—2017连续4年在密云水库进行了水样采集,对象鼻溞种群的数量变动、时空分布变化进行了研究。结果表明:4年间密云水库象鼻溞种群密度总体有增加的趋势,但无显著性差异(P>0. 05);象鼻溞种群动态的月变化,4年间均为4月和11月较低,而高峰值有所不同,在2014—2016年,季节变化规律较明显,种群数量的高峰均集中在8、9月份,即夏末秋初时节达到数量峰值,2017年种群变化明显不同,高峰期提前为5月,平均密度高达31. 7 ind./L,6月密度又急剧降低,之后象鼻溞种群密度又回升并趋于平缓;象鼻溞在密云水库不同区域中的水平分布各不相同,水库中心区域密度最高,4年平均值为7. 5 ind./L,其次为燕落区域,4年平均值为4. 8 ind./L,白河坝区域密度最低,4年平均值为2. 7 ind./L;象鼻溞在密云水库深水区域中的垂直分布变化明显,除11月底层水域数量高于表、中层外,其他月份种群主要分布在表、中层。研究表明,2015年9月密云水库实施南水北调项目工程以来,对水库中象鼻溞种群密度变化有一定影响,但无显著性差异,总体上看,水库生态结构逐步趋于稳定状态。
The population dynamics,and horizontal and vertical distribution of cladocera Bosmina longirostris as the dominant species of cladoceran zooplankton were investigated in Miyun Reservoir in Beijing from2014 to 2017.It was found that the population of cladocera tended to be increased in density in the four years,without significant difference(P>0.05).The low population density was observed in April and November in the four years,and the population density peak occurred in various months,namely,the maximum in late summer and early autumn(in August and September)from 2014 to 2016.In 2017,however,the population density peak,with an average density of 31.7 ind./L,was found to be shifted to May,decreased sharply in June,subsequently elevated again and then leveled off.The cladoceran zooplankton had different horizontal distribution in the reservoir in various regions,the maximal density(7.5 ind./L)in the center of the reservoir over the four years,followed by in the Yanluo region with an average of 4.8 ind./L,and in Baihe dam region with an average of 2.7 ind./L.There was obviously changed in vertical distribution of the cladocera in the deep waters in the reservoir,more individuals in the upper and middle water layers except for that the number was higher at the bottom than in the upper and middle waters in November.The findings indicate that changes in population density of Bosmina longirostris was observed in Miyun Reservoir due to the project of South-to-North Water Diversion project in September 2015,showing the gradually stable ecological structure in the reservoir on the whole.
