摘要
以航空电连接器为研究对象,在热学分析的基础上,建立了其三维实体模型;利用有限元软件ANSYS热分析模块,在考虑电连接器内部传导散热以及外表面的对流散热、并施加合理的载荷和边界条件情况下,对低温环境下的温度场进行仿真研究,分析了不同低温环境下及不同型谱电连接器的温度场分布特征,发现低温环境骤变对电连接器绝缘体外围部分区域冲击较大;电连接器型谱对温度场分布影响很大,温度梯度最大的区域以及温度变化交替处可能是绝缘性能退化的薄弱区域.最后对电连接器的温升进行理论计算,与仿真结果进行对比分析,具有较好的一致性.
Taking aviation electric connector as the research object,steady-state thermal analysis models are established based on the thermal analysis of the electrical connectors.Considering the internal heat conduction and the con?vection cooling,the three-dimensional solid model is imposed by the reasonable loads and boundary conditions and analyzed by ANSYS thermal analysis module.The numerical analysis was made on the cryogenic temperature field of a certain type of electrical connectors at different ambient temperatures and different working current.Abrupt changes of cryogenic temperature conditions have a big impact on part of the outer of the electric connector insulator.Electric connector spectrum had a great influence on temperature field distribution,the area of maximize temperature gradient and the place of the temperature alternation change may be the weak points that cause the insulation performance degradation.Finally,the simulation results were compared with the theoretical value and show that they have a good consistency.
