表面缺陷促进SnO微板在中性电解质中的电催化性能 被引量:2

摘要 使用超声波和有机物辅助水热法合成SnO微板.研究表明,可以通过改变反应溶液的pH值,获得具有不同表面形态的样品.使用超声波和水热法联合处理可以进一步调节样品的电催化析氢(HER)活性.通过改变生长环境的pH值,SnO的析氢起始电位和Tafel斜率可以分别从435 m V和156 m V/dec降至298 mV和100 mV/dec.超声处理后,SnO的起始电位和Tafel斜率分别从350 mV和120 mV/dec降至292 mV和115 mV/dec.其原因与SnO微板表面形态有关,表明表面形态对电催化性能有显着影响。 In this work,SnO microplates were synthesized using ultrasound and organic-assisted hydrothermal methods.By changing the pH value of the reaction solution,samples with different surface morphologies are obtained.Ultrasonic and hydrothermal treatment methods are further used to tune their electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution activity.By changing the pH value of the growth environment,the onset potential and Tafel slope of SnO can be dropped from 435 mV and 156 mV/dec to 298 mV and 100 mV/dec,respectively.After sonication treatment,the onset potential and Tafel slope of SnO were dropped from 350 mV and 120 mV/dec to 292 mV and 115 mV/dec,respectively.The reason is correlated to the surface morphologies which show significant effect on the electrocatalytic performance.
