摘要
运用IPA模型,以如意湖湿地公园为例,选用6个要素和24个指标对游客满意度进行实证研究。游客的实际感知满意按高低排列依次为整体环境、基础设施、细部景观、情感体验、可达程度和服务管理;内部通畅性、景观可达性、功能分区、植物景观等属于需重点改进的指标项目。最后,从景区规划、生态教化和植物景观三个方面提出改善措施,为湿地公园的品质改进提供决策参考。
Using IPA model and Ruyi Lake Wetland Park as an example,six factors and 24 indicators are selected to make an empirical study on tourist satisfaction.Tourists' actual perception satisfaction is arranged in order of overall environment,infrastructure,detailed landscape,emotional experience,accessibility and service management.Internal traffic smoothness,landscape accessibility,functional zoning,plant landscape and other indicators need to be improved.Finally,based on scenic spot planning,ecological education and plant landscape,the improvement measures are put forward to provide decision-making reference for the quality improvement of wetland parks.
