摘要
习近平提出的人类命运共同体思想是新时代中国外交战略的指导方针,其生成逻辑在于对人类共有价值的坚定追求、对世界情势的总体判断、受中国传统文化的深刻影响以及马克思主义中国化发展的时代需求。人类命运共同体思想的基本内核是和平、发展和文明,具有先进性、辩证性、科学性、创新性。打造人类命运共同体,需要坚持追求人类共有价值,构建共生关系,选择正确发展道路,促进多元文明包容交流,并采取共同行动,不断改进全球治理。人类命运共同体思想对我国外交、全球治理、国际秩序重构都产生了重大影响。
Xi Jinping's Thought on the Community of Shared Future for Mankind is the guiding principle of China's diplomatic strategy in the new era.The idea comes from the firm pursuit of the common values of mankind,the overall judgment of the world situation,the profound influence of Chinese traditional culture,and the call of the times for adapting Marxism to Chinese particular conditions.Peace,development,and civilization comprise the core of this community,pioneering,dialectical,scientific and innovative.To work for this community,one should persist in pursuing the common values of mankind,build symbiotic relationships,choose the right path of development,promote inclusive communication among diverse civilizations,and take joint actions to improve global governance continuously.The idea of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind has exerted profound impact on China's diplomacy,global governance,and the restructuring of the international order.
