摘要
文中的虚拟仿真模拟集成电路教学研究是"无生产线的集成电路器件、工艺和测试"为理念。实践表明,虚拟仿真技术克服了传统集成电路实验中的弊端。虚拟仿真实验达到了预期的教学实验目的,缓解了课时冲突的问题,对虚拟仿真实验教学建设有重要影响。
The teaching research of virtual simulation analogue integrated circuit in this paper is based on the concept of"integrated circuit devices,processes and testing without production lines".The practice shows that the virtual simulation technology overcomes the disadvantages of the traditional integrated circuit experiment.The virtual simulation experiment has achieved the expected teaching and experiment purpose,alleviated the problem of class hour conflict,and has an important influence on the teaching construction of the virtual simulation experiment.
