摘要
目前,化学高纯硅已作为半导体微电子材料与太阳能电池的首要选择,同时,硅元素在生物医学应用中也极具潜力。多孔纳米硅(Poroussilicon,PSi)可利用外界能量活化体内生化反应和物理化学过程,外界刺激包括光源辐照、超声刺激(Ultrasound,US)、电磁射频(radio frequency,RF)等。PSi纳米粒子的光敏性质已成功用于多种体外研究和实验中,而介孔级别PSi纳米粒子的光热效应可实现小动物肿瘤热消融和肿瘤细胞的生长抑制。本文介绍了PSi纳米粒子的制备和在肿瘤治疗中的应用。
At present,chemical high purity silicon has been the first choice for semiconductor microelectronic materials and solar cells,and silicon has great potential in biomedical applications.Porous silicon(PSi)can activate internal biochemical reactions and physical and chemical processes using external energy,which includes light source irradiation,ultrasonic stimulation(US),electromagnetic radio frequency(RF),etc.Photosensitive properties of PSi nanoparticles have been successfully used in a variety of in vitro studies and experiments.Photothermal effect of mesoporous PSi nanoparticles can achieve thermal ablation of small animal tumors and growth inhibition of tumor cells.This paper introduces the preparation of PSi nanoparticles and their application in tumor treatment.
