摘要
随着印刷电子日益小型化、集成化,传统的减法电路板印制技术已经无法满足市场的需要。导电油墨作为关键电子材料,在印刷电子技术中的应用越来越广泛。本文总结了常见的导电油墨的类型,包括金属导电油墨、导电高分子导电油墨、碳系导电油墨,其中,石墨烯导电油墨导电性能优异、机械性能强,具有广阔的应用前景。本文综述了石墨烯导电油墨在智能标签、印刷电路、薄膜开关等方面的应用,并进一步简要介绍了石墨烯导电油墨的制备方法,以期为该领域的科研人员的研究提供一定的参考。
With the increasing miniaturization and integration of printed electronics day by day,the traditional subtractive circuit board printing technology can no longer meet the needs of the market.As a key electronic material,conductive ink is more and more widely used in printed electronic technology.This paper summarizes the common types of conductive ink,including metal conductive ink,conductive polymer conductive ink and carbon-based conductive ink,among which graphene conductive ink has excellent conductivity and strong mechanical properties and has broad application prospects.This paper summarizes the application of graphene conductive ink in smart labels,printed circuits,film switches and other aspects,and further briefly introduces the preparation methods of graphene conductive ink,with a view to providing some reference for researchers in this field.
