摘要
围绕程序设计类课程教学团队建设的目标,从程序设计类课程平台、教学体系、实践教学体系、实践教学平台、师资团队等方面进行分析,并通过切实可行的创新性改革措施和先进的工程教育理念,重构了程序设计类课程教学体系,设计了以问题驱动能力导向为主的教学模式,构建了网络资源实践教学平台,打造了综合素质过硬的教学团队。最后从目标管理考核机制、严谨治学爱岗敬业、学术交流、服务社会等方面指出了程序设计类课程教学团队建设进一步努力的方向。
For constructing a teaching team of the programming design courses,this paper analysesthe curriculum platform,the practical teaching system and platform,and the teacher team.Through practical and innovative reform measures and advanced engineering education concepts,the teaching system of the program design curriculum was reconstructed,a question-driven teaching model was designed,and a network resource practice teaching platform was constructed.Finally,some measures concerning goal management assessment mechanism,rigorous scholarshipand dedication to work,academic exchange,and social services are suggested.
