地下管线规划编制技术难题与策略探讨——以深圳市为例 被引量:1

摘要 随着城市化的快速发展,为了保证地下空间开发科学有序地合理进行,需要将管线综合方案与多种市政设施衔接,使各专项规划实现地下空间的"多规合一"对地下管线及地下空间开发建设提出建设指引和控制要求。目前,国内关于管线综合规划编制标准的研究较少,在规划编制过程中还存在部分问题。本文通过对深圳市管线综合规划项目思考,总结深圳市地下管线建设管理存在的难题,提出管线综合规划与新型市政设施衔接内容及与城市建设开发协调的重点。为提高城市管线安全保障能力,创新性的提出重要市政通廊的概念,并划定重要市政通廊的确定标准和原则,与同行和相关人员共同探讨学习。 With the rapid development of urbanization,in order to ensure the scientific and orderly and rational development of underground space development,it is necessary to link the comprehensive pipeline program with a variety of municipal facilities,so that all special plans can achieve the“multiple regulation”of underground space for underground pipelines and Underground space development and construction proposed construction guidelines and control requirements.At present,there are few domestic studies on the preparation of integrated pipeline planning standards,and there are still some problems in the planning process.In this paper,through the consideration of the comprehensive pipeline project in Shenzhen City,the difficulties in the construction and management of underground pipelines in Shenzhen are summarized,and the convergence of integrated pipeline planning with new municipal facilities and the focal points for coordination with urban construction and development are proposed.In order to improve the safety of urban pipelines,the concept of important municipal corridors was proposed innovatively,and the definitive standards and principles for important municipal corridors were delineated,and discussions were conducted with peers and relevant personnel.
