摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病按照病情进展可分为急性加重期、慢性迁延期、临床稳定期,而稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者临床治疗方法分为中医疗法、西医疗法。其中,西医治疗方法以药物为主,常规有吸入型糖皮质激素、支气管扩张剂等,而中医疗法以穴位埋线疗法为主,在稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗中显示出独特优势。中医、西医疗法在稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床治疗中均取得理想效果,要求根据患者病情选择相应治疗方案,以改善治疗结果,提升患者生活质量。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can be divided into acute exacerbation,chronic extension,and clinical stable period according to the progress of the disease,and the clinical treatment methods of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable period can be divided into traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.Among them,western medicine treatment methods are mainly drugs,conventional inhaled glucocorticoids,bronchiectasis,and traditional Chinese medicine treatment with acupoint catgut embedding therapy,in the stable period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease showed unique advantages.Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine have achieved ideal results in the clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable period.According to the patient's condition,we should choose the corresponding treatment plan,in order to improve the result of treatment and improve the quality of life of the patients.
