摘要
建立了一种新的对1-H-1,2,4-三氮唑进行高效液相色谱定量分析的方法:采用亲水相互作用色谱柱(HILIC柱),以乙腈:水=90:10为流动相,紫外检测器定量分析三氮唑含量。结果表明:该分析方法的标准偏差为0.22,变异系数为0.25%,平均回收率为97.57%,线性相关系数为0.9995。
A new quantitative HPLC method of1-H-1,2,4-triazole is developed,by using a HILIC column,acetonitrile+water(90+10)as a mobile phase and UV detector.The results indicated that the standard deviation for this method was0.22,the coefficient of variation was0.25%,the average recovery was97.57%,and the linear correlation was0.9995.
