摘要
目的探讨CT增强扫描检查中预防碘造影剂外渗的护理干预措施。方法选取我院2015年2月～2017年2月进行CT增强扫描的2000例患者临床资料,随机分为对照组1000例和实验组1000例,对照组给予常规护理措施,实验组给予预防碘造影剂外渗的护理干预措施。观察两组患者碘造影剂外渗的发生率、静脉穿刺一次性成功率、护理服务满意度情况。结果实验组碘造影剂外渗的发生率明显低于对照组,实验组静脉穿刺一次性成功率、护理服务满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论预防碘造影剂外渗的护理干预措施,可以降低碘造影剂外渗的发生率,提高静脉穿刺一次性成功率和护理服务满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the nursing intervention measures of preventing iodine contrast agent extravasation in CT enhanced scanning.Methods Clinical data of 2000 patients with CT enhanced scanning in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were analyzed.They were divided into the control group with 1000 cases and the experimental group with 1000 cases according to random paper method.The control group was given routine nursing measures while the experimental group was given nursing intervention measures of preventing iodine contrast agent extravasation.The incidence ofiodine contrast agent extravasation,one-time success rate for venous puncture and satisfaction degree of nursingin two group patients were observed.Results The incidence ofiodine contrast agent extravasation of the experimental group was sign ificantly lower than that of the control group.One-time success rate for venous puncture and satisfaction degree of nursing of the experimental group were significantlyhigher than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention measures of preventing iodine contrast agent extravasationcan reduce the incidence ofiodine contrast agent extravasation andincrease the one-time success rate for venous puncture and satisfaction degree of nursing,which is worthy of application and promotion.
