子宫内膜息肉与异常子宫出血相关性分析 被引量：4

摘要 子宫内膜息肉(endometrial polyp,EP)高发于育龄妇女,其引发根源是子宫内膜的局部过度增生,不规则阴道出血是其最显著的特点,通常借助宫腔镜观察子宫腔内有没有突起肿块进行辨别,病情严重者有较高的不孕风险。虽然宫腔镜电切术能够有效去除息肉,然而凭借目前技术仍旧无法明确病因和提彻底根除,复发的可能性很大。1 资料与方法1.1 一般资料:本研究对2012年7月至2018年7月期间太原市妇幼保健院妇科收治的所有施行子宫内膜息肉电切术且在术后被断定患有子宫内膜息肉的患者。
