摘要
介绍了我国化纤行业智能制造的发展现状以及化纤智能制造的典型案例,分析了提高我国化纤智能制造水平所面临的问题,并提出了我国化纤行业智能制造的发展方向。目前,我国化纤设备互联互通初具基础、智能化装备和工艺有所突破、智能纤维及材料进步显著、示范试点生产线带动智能制备水平提升;但存在智能制造人才队伍和研发力量薄弱、研发投入低、缺乏智能制造标准等问题。今后我国化纤行业智能制造的发展方向是人工智能建设、智能化生产管理系统、智能制造技术、智能纺织纤维材料及建立智能制造标准体系。
The development status and typical cases of intelligent manufacturing of China chemical fiber industry were introduced.The problem in enhancing the intelligent manufacturing level of China chemical fiber industry was analyzed.And the development trend of China chemical fiber intelligent manufacturing was proposed.By now China chemical fiber industry has preliminarily established an interconnection and intercommunication foundation of equipment manufacturing,the intelligent equipment and technology has achieved some breakthrough,the intelligent fibers and material have been profoundly improved,and the demonstration trial production line has brought about the improvement of intelligent manufacturing level;at the same time,the existing problems include the weak talent teams and research power engaging in intelligent manufacturing,low research and development investment,lack of intelligent manufacturing standard,etc.;and the development trend of intelligent manufacturing of China chemical fiber industry should be focused on the artificial intelligence construction,intelligent manufacturing management system,intelligent manufacturing techniques,intelligent textile fiber material,and intelligent manufacturing standard system.
