摘要
针对现有喷浆工艺中采用的井下人工搅拌和上料方式不仅存在劳动强度高和粉尘浓度大等问题,而且存在喷浆面质量差和危害职工的身体健康等问题,研究设计了煤矿全机械化远距离喷浆配套装备,介绍了该套装备的远距离喷浆机、煤矿用带式上料机和喷浆机械手的结构组成和设备特点。通过实际使用表明,该套装备能够改善井下喷浆作业环境、提高施工效率以及降低成本,实现矿井安全和高效生产。
Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity,high dust concentration,poor guniting quality and serious harm to workers'health exited in guniting technology with manually operated mixing and load material underground at present,fully mechanized long-distance guniting supporting equipment for coal mine was studied and designed,the structural composition and equipment characteristics of long-distance guniting machine,belt appending machine for coal mine and guniting mechanical arm of this system were introduced.The practical application showed that the set of equipment could improve the underground guniting operation environment,increase construction efficiency,reduce the cost and realize coal mine safety and efficient production.
