摘要
城市公园作为残障人士休闲游憩的主要公共场所,在促进残障人士走向户外、参与社会活动方面起到了较大作用.采用问卷调查的方法对深圳市莲花山公园残障人士可进入性影响因素进行调查,研究发现硬件设施与服务、社会环境、游客个人心理、公园内部管理和信息获取四个方面会影响到残障人士对莲花山公园可进入性的感知评价,其影响程度大小依次为:硬件设施与服务>社会环境>游客个人心理>公园内部管理和信息获取.根据城市公园无障碍环境建设现状、残障人士的休闲特征和无障碍建设规范,对莲花山公园的无障碍环境改善提出合理化建议.
Urban parks,as the major public places of leisure and entertainment for the disabled,play a rather important part in mobilizing the disabled to go outdoors and participate more actively in society.The paper investigates the influencing factors affecting the accessibility of Shenzhen Lotus Hill Park by means of questionnaires.It is found that hardware facilities and services,social environment,tourists’personal psychology,park internal management and information acquisition will affect the the disabled people’s perception and evaluation of accessibility of the park.In descending order of influencing degree:hardware facilities and services>social environment>tourists’personal psychology>the park’s internal management and information acquisition.In response to the status quo of barrier-free environment construction of urban parks,the leisure characteristics of disabled people and barrier-free construction norms,a few reasonable suggestions for building a barrier-free environment in the Lotus Hill Park were offered.
