摘要
双壳结构是目前大型船舶普遍采用的结构型式,鉴于目前国内对双壳结构的极限强度试验研究还不够充分,对双壳船体开展极限强度试验研究.基于薄壁理论,在保证施工工艺的前提下,保留钢制模型的双壳型式,进行舱段相似模型设计,开展极限强度试验.分析比较模型试验与数值计算的结果,验证数值计算的准确性,在此基础上进行实船舱段与试验模型的极限承载能力换算,预报实船舱段的极限承载能力.
Double hull is the structure type commonly used by large ships at present.Based on the thin-wall theory,the double-hull compartment model was designed with similar model and the ultimate strength test was carried out under the premise of ensuring the construction technology.The results of model test and numerical calculation were analyzed and compared to verify the accuracy of numerical calculation.On this basis,the ultimate bearing capacity of the actual cabin section was converted to that of the test model,and the ultimate bearing capacity of the actual cabin section was predicted.
