摘要
通过系统地梳理模块化多电平换流器(modular multi-level converter,MMC)功率模块级故障及保护逻辑,提出了其动态模拟方案,其核心是利用RTDS计算核心的强大运算能力将故障设置信息、触发控制字经高速通信光纤以小步长(小于2. 5μs)动态发送给FPGA处理。该方案适用于含实际控制保护装置的实时闭环仿真系统,不仅可实现功率模块级故障及保护的微秒级动态模拟,还可实现多重故障的动态模拟。最后,以南方电网某柔性直流工程发生的单一功率模块故障引起柔性直流停运的事故为例,利用所提方案建立了仿真模型并开展了复现试验,仿真结果验证了所提方案的有效性。
By analyzing the power module level failure and protection logic of modular multilevel converter(MMC)systematically,the dynamic simulation scheme is proposed,the core of the scheme is to use the powerful operation ability of the RTDS processor to send the fault setting information and firing control words to FPGA dynamically in every small step(<2.5μs)through high-speed optical fiber communication.This scheme is suitable for real-time Hardware in Loop(HIL)simulation system consisting of the control and protection devices.It can not only realize dynamic simulation of power module fault and protection in microseconds but also realize dynamic simulation of multiple faults.Finally,aiming at MMC-HVDC unit tripping accident of China Southern Power Grid by single power module fault,the simulation model is established based on the proposed scheme and accident reappearance test is conducted,the simulation results show that the proposed scheme is effective.
