摘要
功能性消化不良(FD)是消化系统疾病中最常见的一种胃肠功能性疾病,其发病机制尚不清楚。临床诊断FD主要靠患者的症状描述以及罗马Ⅲ诊断标准,缺乏理想的定量确诊方法。目前多认为胃动力障碍是FD的主要病因。胃动力检查方法众多,均具有优点和缺点。胃充盈超声是评估FD胃动力障碍的一种方法,近年来发展较快,其能显示胃排空时间、胃容积、胃窦部收缩运动、频率等,可为FD的诊断提供参考。
Functional dyspepsia(FD)is one of the most common functional gastrointestinal disorders in clinical digestive system diseases,and the pathogenesis has not yet been clarified.The clinical diagnosis of FD mainly depends on the patient′s symptom description and RomeⅢdiagnostic criteria,still lacking of ideal quantitative diagnosis method.At present,gastric motility disorder is mostly considered to be main etiology of functional dyspepsia.There are many methods of diagnosing gastric motility,each with own advantages and disadvantages.Transabdominal gastric-filling ultrasonography is a method for estimating gastric motility disorder in FD developed rapidly in recent years,which can provide reference for diagnosis of FD by showing gastric emptying time,gastric volume,gastric antrum contraction movement and rate.
