摘要
目的:建立食管癌血液及组织样本库,为食管癌在分子水平的研究提供基础。方法:选取2013年7月至2017年9月我院以食管癌为主要诊断而行手术切除的患者标本,留取血浆、血清、血细胞及组织标本,并定期使用Trizol试剂提取总RNA以进行标本质量控制。结果:以食管癌为主要诊断者血液样本共293例、组织样本共267例,均具备完整的相关临床资料。随机抽样检测样本6例,受检样本无明显降解。结论:本研究建立的食管癌标本采集流程有效可行,临床资料收集完备,能够为食管癌的进一步研究提供实验标本和详细的资料。
Objective:To explore a rational and effective procedure to establish a tissue and plasma sample biobank for esophagus diseases.Methods:Plasma,serum,blood cell and tissue samples from patients who were diagnosed as esophagus cancer during July 2013 and September 2017 in Xinjiang Cancer Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were harvested and be kept in-80℃refrigerator or in liquid nitrogen.A part of the tissues were randomly selected for the extraction and identification of RNA.Results:There were 293 blood samples and 267 excised samples diagnosed as having esophagus cancer.Random tissue specimens of RNA identifications were preserved in high quality standards and could meet the requirements of the following studies.Conclusion:The present program for establishment of samples bank is feasible and provide sample resources for esophagus cancer research.
