摘要
为研究牡丹籽油对小鼠免疫功能的影响,以21日龄ICR清洁级雄性小鼠为研究对象,连续灌胃不同剂量的牡丹籽油及牡丹籽油复合物20 d,测定并分析血清NO、NOS,脾脏IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α和肠粘膜组织s Ig A的变化。结果表明:与对照相比,牡丹籽油能显著提高小鼠血清NO水平和脾脏IL-2水平,显著降低脾脏TNF-α水平,并能显著提高肠道粘膜s Ig A水平,说明牡丹籽油能提高动物机体的免疫机能。
In order to study the effects of peony seed oil on immune function in mice,21-day-old ICR male mice were given different doses of peony seed oil and peony seed oil complex for 20 days,and the changes of NO,NOS in serum,IL-2,IL-6,TNF-a in spleen and sIgA in intestinal mucosa tissue were determined and analyzed.The results showed that compared with the control group,peony seed oil could significantly increase the level of NO in serum and IL-2 in spleen of mice,significantly reduce TNF-αlevel in spleen,and significantly increase sIgA level in intestinal mucosa.It showed that peony seed oil could improve the immune function of animals.
