摘要
目的探讨甲状腺肿瘤不同手术方式治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析符合手术指征的对象共132例,均为河南大学第一附属医院收治的甲状腺肿瘤患者。根据手术方式不同分为腔镜组61例,采用腔镜手术;开放组71例,采用传统开放性手术。比较2组的手术时间、术后引流量、住院时间、切口满意度及术后并发症发生率。结果 2组术后引流量与并发症无明显差异(P>0. 05),腔镜组切口满意度与住院时间明显优于开放组(P <0. 05)。开放组手术时间明显优于腔镜组(P <0. 05)。结论腔镜下甲状腺肿瘤切除术患者满意度高,恢复快,利于提高患者术后的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of different surgical treatment for thyroid tumors. Methods A retrospective analysis of132patients with thyroid neoplasms admitted to the first affiliated Hospital of Henan University was made retrospectively.According to the different surgical methods,the patients were divided into observation group(n=61).71patients in the control group were treated with open surgery.The operative time,postoperative drainage and hospital stay were compared between the two groups under different surgical methods.The incision satisfaction and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared and analyzed.The average follow-up time was6months after surgery. Results In the aspect of incision satisfaction and hospital stay time,the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in postoperative drainage and complications(P>0.05).The operation time of the control group was significantly better than that of the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic thyroidectomy has the characteristics of high satisfaction and quick recovery,which can improve the quality of life after operation.
