摘要
汽车上电子产品的快速发展,对传统机械式维修是个新的挑战。点火波形的分析对汽车点火系统故障的诊断提供了有效方法,但是由于经验、理论知识缺乏等原因,点火波形在实际故障诊断中应用并不理想,本文提出基于图像处理的汽车点火波形故障分析方法,根据标准波形和大量的故障波进行图像分析和比照,对实测波形直接给出专家维修建议,使得分析更加直观,为维修人员提供了一种更加便捷简单的诊断方法。
The rapid development of electronic products on automobiles is a new challenge to traditional mechanical maintenance.The analysis of ignition waveform provides an effective method for fault diagnosis of automobile ignition system,but the application of ignition waveform in practical fault diagnosis is unsatisfactory due to lack of experience and theoretical knowledge.Wave image analysis and comparison,the measured waveform directly give expert maintenance suggestions,making the analysis more intuitive,for maintenance personnel to provide a more convenient and simple diagnosis method.
