摘要
随着互联网和数字技术的迅速发展,"数字中国"的建设进程日渐加快,以期刊、图书为主要形态的传统学术出版也正从理念到技术再到业态上,面临着知识经济和网络化数字化的双重冲击。在此背景下,为更好地促进学术期刊出版适应时代变化,为产业发展增添活力和动力,越来越多的学者从必要性和迫切性、内涵和特征、可参考经验及实现路径等方面对知识服务驱动下的学术期刊出版进行研究,为学术出版机构的成功转型提供理论和实践指导。
Nowadays,the Internet and digital technology have been developing rapidly,and the construction process of"Digital China"has been accelerating day by day.Traditional academic publishing with journals and books as its main forms is facing the double impacts of knowledge economy and network digitization in concept,technology and industry form.It is of great necessity to promote academic journal publishing to adapt to the changes of the times and to add vitality and impetus to the development of the industry.Under this background,more and more scholars have studied the academic journal publishing driven by knowledge services,including the aspects of necessity and urgency,connotation and characteristics,referential experience and practical paths,etc.to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the successful transformation of academic publishing institutions.
