摘要
我国高速铁路已开始应用CRTSⅢ型无砟轨道,其在结构和施工工艺上发生了根本性的变化。结合CRTSⅢ型无砟轨道施工实际,按照最不利工况(最大运距、最大曲线超高),工艺性浇筑了4块试验轨道板(直、曲线板各2块),并模拟桥梁地段无砟轨道施工,取得了大量数据,为CRTSⅢ型无砟轨道揭板试验中的底座板施工提供理论及相关经验。
CRTSⅢballastless tracks have been used in high-speed railway in China,which has undergone fundamental changes in structure and construction technology.Combined with the actual construction of CRTSⅢballastless tracks,according to the most unfavorable working conditions(maximum transport distance,maximum super-elevation on curve),four track plates(two straight plates and two curved plates)are technically pour for test.The construction of ballastless track in bridge section is simulated and achieved a lot of data,which can provide theoretical and related experiences for the construction of base plate in plate uncovering test of CRTSⅢballastless tracks.
