摘要
目的分析老年病区患者护理中人文关怀的应用价值。方法将本院2017年1月—2018年1月老年病区患者74例纳入至本次研究中,根据患者不同入院时间将其平均分为两组,分别是37例,给予对照组患者常规护理,研究组则接受人文关怀,对两组护理满意程度进行比较。结果在护理满意程度方面,对照组是72.97%,研究组是94.59%,研究组较对照组更高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论老年病区患者护理期间,应用人文关怀有助于改善老年患者心理状况,促进护理满意度的提高。
Objective To analyze the application value of humane care in the nursing of patients in geriatric wards.Methods Seventy-four patients in geriatric wards from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study.The patients were divided into two groups according to different admission time,37 cases,and the patients in the control group were given routine care.The research team accepted humane care and compared the satisfaction level of the two groups.Results In terms of nursing satisfaction,the control group was 72.97%,the study group was 94.59%.The study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humane care during the care of patients in geriatric areas can improve the psychological status of elderly patients and promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction.
