摘要
目的研究在麻醉恢复室护理中实施麻醉深度监测对工作质量改善效果。方法选取我院2016年5月—2017年12月接收的全身麻醉手术患者146例,随机分两组,对照组予以常规临床麻醉监测,研究组则实施麻醉深度监测,对比两组患者的麻醉恢复应用效果。结果研究组患者的观留时间与拔管时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的不良反应发生率相比对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论临床上使用麻醉深度监测进行麻醉恢复室护理,可有效改善护理工作质量,降低不良反应的发生。
Objective To study the effect of anesthesia depth monitoring on improving the quality of work in the anesthesia recovery room nursing.Methods 146 patients with general anesthesia in our hospital from May 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine clinical anesthesia monitoring,and the study group was given anesthesia depth monitoring.The application effect of anesthesia recovery between the two groups was compared.Results The retention time and extubation time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical use of anesthesia depth monitoring for anesthesia recovery room nursing,can effectively improve the quality of nursing work,can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
