摘要
采用喷丸的方法对在300M高强钢上使用Al Cl_3–EMIC型离子液体制备的铝镀层进行致密化处理。对比了镀态和喷丸后铝镀层的外观、微观形貌、厚度、结合力及耐蚀性。结果表明,对铝镀层进行喷丸致密化处理可以在不影响镀层结合力和耐蚀性的前提下,显著降低其表面粗糙度,提高光泽。
Shot peening was conducted to densify the Al coating electroplated on 300M high-strength steel from an AlCl3–EMIC(1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride)ionic liquid.The appearance,microstructure,thickness,adhesion,and corrosion resistance of the as-plated and shot-peened Al coatings were compared.The results showed that the Al coating gets lower surface roughness and higher glossiness by densifying without weakening in adhesion and corrosion resistance.
