糖调节受损病人自我管理现状及影响因素研究 被引量:14

摘要 [目的]调查糖调节受损病人自我管理情况及影响因素,为个性化健康教育策略的制订提供参考依据。[方法]采用便利抽样法,应用一般资料调查表及糖尿病前期自我管理量表对216例糖调节受损病人进行调查。[结果]糖调节受损病人的自我管理总分为114(102,122)分,为中上水平;性别,医疗费用支付方式,接受相关健康教育,报刊、书籍,电视、广播是影响糖尿病前期病人自我管理水平的主要因素。[结论]糖调节受损病人的自我管理水平受到多种因素的影响,医护人员应根据病人的特点进行个性化指导,确保其掌握疾病预防和自我管理的相关知识,实现科学、有效的自我管理。 Objective:To investigate the self management situation and influencing factors of patients with impaired glucose regulation,and to provide references for the formulation of personalized health education strategies.Methods:Using convenient sampling method,a total of 216 patients with impaired glucose regulation were investigated by a general data questionnaire and a pre diabetes self management scale.Results:The self management score of patients with impaired glucose regulation was 114(102,122),which was the upper middle level;The main factors influencing the self management level of patients with pre diabetes were gender,mode of payment for medical expenses,acceptance related health education,access to self management knowledge in newspapers,books,television and radio.Conclusions:The self management level of patients with impaired glucose regulation was affected by many factors.Medical staff should carry out personalized guidance according to the characteristics of patients to ensure that they have relevant knowledge of disease prevention and self management,and achieve scientific and effective self management.
