摘要 大型机电设备的正常运行,是煤矿安全生产的重要保障。本文主要研究煤矿大型机电设备可视化监测与故障诊断系统在煤矿机电设备管理中的应用。该系统基于蓝光GIS平台,结合设备监测技术和设备故障诊断技术等,实现通风机、提升机、压风机、胶带运输机、水泵等煤矿重大设备的GIS可视化管理、可视化监测与故障诊断等功能,从而实现及时、快速、准确的识别设备故障,并对故障进行监测分析,为潜在故障预演和制定维修策略等提供技术支持,为提高煤矿关键装备整体运行的安全性和可靠性奠定基础。 the normal operation of large electromechanical equipment is an important guarantee for coal mine safety production.This paper mainly studies the application of visual monitoring and fault diagnosis system in the management of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mine.The system is based on blu-ray GIS platform,combined with equipment monitoring technology and equipment fault diagnosis technology,etc.,fan,fan,belt conveyor,hoist,pressure pumps and other major equipment of coal mine GIS visual management,visual monitoring and fault diagnosis,and other functions,to achieve timely,rapid and accurate identification of equipment failure,and to conduct monitoring and analysis,fault maintenance strategies for potential fault preview and provide technical support,to improve the coal mine key laying a foundation for the safety and reliability of the overall equipment operation.
