摘要
目的探讨喜炎平注射液在小儿病毒性脑炎临床治疗中的应用效果。方法 2015年3月至2017年4月沈阳市儿童医院收治住院的小儿病毒性脑炎患儿94例,随机分为观察组和对照组各47例。观察组使用喜炎平注射液进行抗病毒治疗,对照组使用利巴韦林进行抗病毒治疗,用药1周观察两组患儿临床治疗效果及其临床症状体征改善情况、不良反应情况。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率为95.74%(45/47),显著高于对照组80.85%(38/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组意识恢复时间、退热时间、头痛呕吐消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为2.13%(1/47),显著低于对照组21.3%(10/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿病毒性脑炎临床治疗中,喜炎平注射液是一种安全、可靠的治疗药物,能够快速、有效的解除患儿的病痛,更好的保障其健康安全。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of children with viral encephalitis.Methods A total of 94 children who were treated for viral encephalitis in Shenyang Children's Hospital from March 2015 to April 2017 were randomly divided into two groups:observation(47 cases)and control group(47 cases).The observation group was given Xiyangping injection for antiviral treatment,and the control group received ribavirin.After one week of treatment,the clinical effect,the improvement in clinical symptoms and signs,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.74%(45/47),significantly higher than that of the control group(80.85%,38/47)(P<0.05).The consciousness recovery time,antipyretic time and the time of headache and vomiting disappearance were shorter in the observation group,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 2.13%(1/47)in the observation group,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(21.3%,10/47)﹙ P<0.05﹚.Conclusion In the treatment of children with viral encephalitis,Xiyanping injection is safe and reliable,which has quick and significant effect on the disease,safeguarding the health of children better.
