心脏起搏器植入后时间寿命及影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析心脏起搏器植入后时间寿命及影响因素。方法:选取124例使用心脏起搏器患者的临床资料,观察并记录患者使用心脏起搏器时的感知电流、起搏电压及阻抗等相关起搏参数,根据起搏参数给予分组,统计分析影响心脏起搏器植入后时间寿命的相关因素。结果:心脏起搏器使用的平均寿命(83.12±27.45)月。性别、年龄、诊断各个分组对心脏起搏器植入时间寿命上经统计学分析,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);起搏电压、感知电流、阙值、起搏频率、电池容量、阻抗、脉宽各个分组的心脏起搏器植入时间寿命的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过单因素分析,感知电流、阙值、起搏电压对心脏起搏参数寿命的影响大,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :起搏电压、感知电流及其阙值是影响心脏起搏器植入寿命的重要因素,阻抗、起搏频率、基础心率及其脉宽等不同程度影响心脏起搏器植入患者寿命。 Objective:To analyze the life time and influencing factors after pacemaker implantation.Methods:a retrospective and prospective method was used to select the clinical data of 124 patients who were treated with cardiac pacemaker from January 2012 to January 2016,and to observe and record the related pacing parameters such as the perception current,pacing voltage and impedance of the patients using the cardiac pacemaker.Factors related to the time of life after cardiac pacemaker implantation.Results:The average life span of cardiac pacemakers was(83.12+27.45)months.The difference of time life of cardiac pacemaker implantation was statistically significant(P>0.05).The effects of pacing voltage,perception current,threshold,pacing frequency,battery capacity,impedance and pulse width were statistically significant in the time life of cardiac pacemaker implantation(P<0.05).Univariate analysis showed that there was a significant difference in the perception current,threshold value,pacing voltage and the life span of cardiac pacing parameters(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pacing voltage,the perception current and the threshold are the important factors affecting the life of cardiac pacemaker implantation,and the impedance,pacing frequency,basic heart rate and pulse width affect the life of the patients with cardiac pacemaker implantation.
