摘要
齿轮在实际工作中存在安装误差和轴变形,会造成齿轮偏载情况,影响齿轮的接触状态与齿轮疲劳性能;齿轮变载荷作用下,考虑安装误差和轴变形对疲劳性能的影响是人字齿设计中的难题之一。给出了一种实际工作条件下的人字齿轮变载荷下的疲劳性能分析方法:给出考虑安装误差和轴变形影响的有限元接触分析模型建模方法;基于有限元接触分析模型,计算出实际载荷工况下的人字齿轮偏载情况;基于加载接触分析得到了接触应力结果,根据载荷谱计算出接触强度的安全系数。实例计算表明,对实际使用的一对修形人字齿,左右齿面偏载最大达到10.75%。研究工作为高性能人字齿设计分析提供一种有用的参考方法。
The installation error and axial deformation of gear exist in the actual working conditions,result in partial load and affect contact state and fatigue performance of gear.The research of the fatigue performance of herringbone gears under variable load when considering the effect of installation error and axial deformation is one of the difficult problems in the design of herringbone gear.A method for analyzing the fatigue performance of herringbone gears under the variable load and actual working conditions is proposed.The modeling method of finite element contact analysis model considering the influence of installation error and axial deformation is proposed.The calculation of the partial load of herringbone gear under the actual load condition based on the finite element contact analysis model.The safety factor of contact strength of the gear is calculated based on the stress results of loading contact analysis and load spectrum.The work of this study provides a useful reference method for the design and analysis of high performance herringbone gear.
