摘要
提出了一种新型摇块滑槽式少齿差输出机构,对传动销和输出轴进行了运动分析。然后通过软件建立三维模型,对减速器进行运动仿真分析。研究了输出运动的特点。通过改变传动销与外齿轮中心的距离等参数,提高输出运动的平稳性。
A new type of output mechanism with shaking block chute type small tooth number difference is proposed,and the motion analysis of the transmission pin and the output shaft is carried out.Then through the software establishment three-dimensional model,the movement simulation analysis of the reducer is carried out.The characteristics of the output movement is studied.By changing the distance between the drive pin and the outer gear center and other parameters,the smoothness of the output movement is improved.
