摘要
以垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液为处理对象,采用两级上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB),研究两级UASB反应器的启动、废水处理效果及反应器内VFA、pH和钙镁含量的变化。结果表明:反应器经过110 d的启动运行,进水COD达到54 274~56 840 mg/L,一级反应器容积负荷为12.7~13.3 kgCOD/(m^3·d),二级反应器容积负荷为2.0~4.5 kgCOD/(m^3·d),COD整体去除率为91.8%~95.0%;两级UASB反应器内存在厌氧氨氧化和反硝化的协同作用,对氨氮的去除率为25%左右;进水中钙镁离子主要沉积在一级反应器内的颗粒污泥中,二级反应器内相对较少。
Using the landfill leachate of a garbage incinerator plant as the treatment target,the start-up,wastewater treatment effect and,changes of VFA,pH,calcium and magnesium contents in the two-stage upflow anaerobic sludge blanket(UASB)reactors have been investigated.The results show that after the reactor has been operated for 110 d,the influent COD concentration reaches 54 274-56 840 mg/L,the volume load of the first reactor is 12.7-13.3 kgCOD/(m3·d);and the volume load of the second reactor is 2.0-4.5 kgCOD/(m3·d),the removing rate of the whole COD is 91.8%-95.0%.When synergetic action of anaerobic ammonia oxidation and denitrification exists in the two stages of UASB reactors,the removing rate of NH3-N is about 25%.The influent calcium and magnesium ions mainly deposit on the granular sludge of the first reactor;while that of the second reactor is comparably less.
