某石油化工污水处理厂有机物迁移转化规律研究 被引量:1

Transformation and immigration law of dissolved organic matter in a petrochemical wastewater treatment plant

摘要 研究了某石油化工污水处理厂气浮-水解酸化-循环式活性污泥法(CAST)-水解酸化-曝气生物滤池(BAF)工艺运行过程中对碳、氮和硫污染物的去除效果,对溶解性有机物变化和去除规律进行了分析。结果表明,COD、TOC、TN、SO_4^(2-)、S^(2-)的去除率分别为90.6%、92.7%、45.20%、48.8%、97.1%。溶解性有机物主要为不饱和烃和芳香族衍生物;第一水解酸化池能有效去除具有单苯环的芳香烃衍生物,生成苯甲酸、石油醚以及色氨酸类代谢产物;CAST池中的易降解有机物消耗殆尽,腐殖化程度迅速增加,并在第二水解酸化池达到最大;BAF出水含有难降解的不饱和脂肪酸和苯甲酸类中间产物。 The removing effects of carbon,nitrogen and sulfur pollutants in the operation process of air floatation-hydrolytic acidification-circulation activated sludge(CAST)-hydrolysis acidification-biological aerated filter(BAF)in a petrochemical wastewater treatment plant have been investigated.The variation and removing law of dissolved organic matter have been analyzed.The results show that the removing rates of COD,TOC,TN,SO42-and S2-are 90.6%,92.7%,45.20%,48.8%and 97.1%,respectively.DOM mainly consists of unsaturated hydrocarbons and aromatic derivatives.The first hydrolysis tank could effectively remove the aromatic hydrocarbon derivatives having single ben-zene rings,generating benzoic acid,petroleum ether and tryptophan metabolites.Easily degradable organic matter in CAST tank is consumed up,as a result,the degree of humification increases rapidly and reaches the maximum in the second hydrolysis tank.BAF effluent contains refractory unsaturated fatty acids or benzoic acid intermediates.
