摘要
静电帽自动装配压装机是一种汽车油泵生产线中设备。介绍设备的总体设计和控制设计。该设备通过PLC控制,能够自动完成静电帽的上料、压装、通电检测。该设备生产质量可靠,工作效率高,为类似自动化设备的发展与进步起到推动作用。
The automatic assembling and pressing machine of electrostatic cap is the equipment in the automobile oil pump production line.The overall design and control design of the equipment are introduced.The equipment is controlled by PLC and can automatically complete the loading,pressing and electric testing of electrostatic cap.The equipment produces reliable quality and high efficiency,which can promote the development and progress of similar automation equipments.
