摘要
目的:观察更宝芬联合甲硝唑治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例老年性阴道炎绝经后妇女随机分为两组,每组50例。甲硝唑组每晚清洁外阴后给予甲硝唑400 mg置阴道后穹窿处,连用7 d。联合治疗组在甲硝唑治疗的基础上,给予更宝芬0.5 g外阴及阴道涂抹,每晚1次,连用7 d后减至每周2次,使用1个月。对两组的治愈率、总有效率、复发率及治疗前后阴道p H、清洁度的变化进行比较。结果:联合治疗组的治愈率、总有效率及复发率分别为56%、96%和3.5%,甲硝唑组的治愈率、总有效率及复发率分别为34%、70%和23.5%,联合治疗组治愈率、总有效率明显高于甲硝唑组,复发率显著低于甲硝唑组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的阴道p H比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后联合治疗组较甲硝唑组pH显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:更宝芬联合甲硝唑治疗老年性阴道炎效果确切,且不易复发。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Colpotrophine combined with metronidazole on senile vaginitis.Methods:100 cases of postmenopausal women with senile vaginitis were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.In the metronidazole group,after cleaning the vulva every night,400mg metronidazole was put in the posterior fornix of the vagina for 7 days.In the combined treatment group,on the basis of metronidazole treatment,0.5g Colpotrophine was daubed on the vagina,1 time per night for 7 days,and was reduced to 2 times a week.for 1 month.The cure rate,total effective rate,recurrence rate,and the change of vaginal pH and cleanliness before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The cure rate,total effective rate and recurrence rate were 56%,96%and 3.5%in the combined treatment group,34%,70%and 23.5%in metronidazole group respectively.The cure rate and total effective rate in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than those of the metronidazole group,and the recurrence rate in the combined treatment group was significantly lower than that of the metronidazole group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in vaginal pH between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,pH in the combined treatment group was significantly lower than that of the metronidazole group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Colpotrophine combined with metronidazole was significant in the treatment of senile vaginitis and it was not likely to relapse.
